1. General Wellness Content – No Medical Advice
All information, insights, and services offered through the TriFit website, mobile application, AI Coach, wearable devices, and practitioner features are intended solely for general wellness, fitness, and lifestyle improvement purposes.
TriFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical consultation, nor should any content be interpreted as such.
Always consult a licensed physician or health professional before making health-related decisions based on the Services.
In case of a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Use of the TriFit App, AI Coach, or practitioner consultations does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and TriFit.
Any consultation facilitated through the platform is informational only and not a substitute for professional medical care.
Practitioners available via the platform operate independently and are not employees or representatives of TriFit.
3. Use of AI Tools and Limitations
The TriFit platform integrates an AI Coach powered by OpenAI GPT-5 technology. While designed to offer personalized insights, the AI:
- Generates outputs based on algorithmic predictions and user input;
- Is not reviewed or verified by medical professionals;
- Is intended to support, not direct, user health decisions.
AI-generated guidance is provided on an “as-is” basis and must not be relied upon as a sole decision-making tool in medical, dietary, or fitness contexts. TriFit disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI outputs.
4. Fitness and Nutrition Risks
Exercise, fitness routines, and nutrition plans available through TriFit are generalized and may not account for individual medical histories or physical conditions.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Before beginning any new fitness or dietary program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, or are under medical supervision, obtain clearance from a licensed medical professional.
5. Accuracy and Performance of Devices
TriFit-certified wearables and accessories are intended to support health and wellness tracking, not medical monitoring.
The accuracy of metrics such as heart rate, steps, and sleep may vary based on device placement, user physiology, environmental conditions, or third-party syncing limitations.
TriFit does not warrant that:
- Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Health metrics or trends will be fully accurate or diagnostically useful;
- Results will align with your fitness or health goals.
6. E-Commerce and Third-Party Limitations
TriFit facilitates e-commerce transactions, delivery services, and resale options through the Website.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Timely delivery of items affected by logistics or customs;
- Compatibility of TriFit Devices with unsupported or unverified hardware;
- Reliability of third-party payment gateways or service integrations.
Logistics and certain integrations are outsourced to third-party providers. TriFit’s liability ceases upon successful hand-off to these vendors.
7. No Promised Outcomes or Guarantees
TriFit makes no guarantees or warranties regarding:
- Specific health, weight-loss, or fitness results;
- Effectiveness of programs, challenges, or AI recommendations;
- Satisfaction with practitioner services or third-party consults.
Individual results vary based on personal factors, adherence, and biological variability. Users are responsible for evaluating the applicability of any advice or feature to their own circumstances.
