Welcome to TriFit Life. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TriFit website, mobile application, wearable devices, and related wellness services.
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions
“Account”
Your registered TriFit user profile.
“Device”
Any TriFit-branded or TriFit-certified wearable or hardware product.
“Digital Services”
Includes AI coaching, wellness tracking, nutrition logs, and subscription-based services.
“AI Coach”
The AI-powered assistant integrated within the TriFit app using OpenAI GPT-5 technology.
“User Data”
Information, health metrics, and activity data submitted or generated through the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
By using TriFit, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into this agreement
- Your information is accurate and updated
- You will not misuse another person’s account
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Please notify us immediately at contact@trifitindia.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Scope of Services
TriFit provides:
- Wellness and habit tracking
- Fitness and nutrition tools
- AI-powered wellness coaching
- Wearable device integration
- Practitioner consultations
- Buy-back and resale marketplace
These services are intended to support wellness and do not replace professional medical care.
6. Orders & Shipping
Device Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- ₹99 shipping fee below ₹999
- International shipping may incur customs/import charges
Risk and ownership transfer upon courier handoff.
7. Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns
Unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Defective Products
Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days may qualify for replacement after inspection.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled until marked “Ready to Ship.”
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Subscription Services
Subscription plans may include:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annual memberships
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.
10. AI Coach Disclaimer
TriFit’s AI Coach provides automated wellness guidance and educational insights only.
It:
- Does not provide medical diagnosis
- Should not replace professional healthcare advice
- May occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete responses
Use of AI features is at your discretion.
11. Medical Disclaimer
All information provided through TriFit is for informational and educational purposes only.
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions.
In emergencies, contact emergency medical services immediately.
12. Practitioner Consultations
Practitioners available through the platform operate independently.
TriFit:
- Does not guarantee outcomes
- Is not responsible for practitioner conduct or advice
- Only facilitates access through the app
13. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Harass or abuse others
- Use the platform unlawfully
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
14. Intellectual Property
All TriFit content including:
- Logos
- Software
- Designs
- Databases
- Branding
remain the exclusive property of TriFit or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
TriFit:
- Encrypts data in transit and at rest
- Complies with India’s DPDP Act, 2023
- Supports GDPR-aligned protections
- Does not sell personal data
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
16. Third-Party Services
TriFit may integrate with external services or platforms.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party content
- External privacy practices
- Service interruptions outside our control
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriFit is not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Health outcomes
- Revenue or profit loss
- Device misuse consequences
18. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Payments remain unpaid
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiation
- Mediation
- Arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka
